Der Landkreis Mansfeld-Südharz hat ein generelles Bürgertelefon eingerichtet. An dieses können sich Bürgerinnen und Bürger wenden, die aufgrund der Verordnung des Landes zu Maßnahmen hinsichtlich der Ausbreitung des Coronavirus oder aufgrund der entsprechenden Allgemeinverfügung des Landkreises Fragen zu den Themen „Schließung von Einrichtungen und Betrieben, Ausnahmegenehmigungen sowie wirtschaftliche Hilfe für Betriebe“ haben. Hier soll es unter anderem darum gehen, Unternehmern und Arbeitnehmern Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung zu stellen und Hinweise zu geben.

Das Bürgertelefon ist aber auch Ansprechpartner für Bürgerinnen und Bürger, wenn es um Fragen rund um das soziale Leben in der aktuellen Situation im Landkreis geht – etwa zu Schul- und Kitaschließungen, Notbetreuung und dem öffentlichen Leben.

Das Bürgertelefon ist ab dem 14. April 2020 über die Telefonnummer 0 34 64 - 535 19 60 erreichbar.

• fullscreen display using the ⛶ button the map can be maximized to fullscreen display, use the ▢ button to return to page display.

keyboard operation

Keyboard operation becomes available after activating the map using the tab key (the map will show a focus indicator ring).

• overview map using the + button in the bottom right of the map you can expand an overview map
• zooming in and out using the + and - buttons in the top left of the map or by using the + and - keys you can obtain more or less detail in the map
• switching themes or maps clicking on the ≡ icon on the right-hand side of the map you can view and select available maps and themes
• retrieving information the map may contain elements that contain more information, using the i key you can activate a cursor that may be moved using the arrow keys, pressing the enter will execute an information retrieval. press the i or the escape key to return to navigation mode
• fullscreen display using the ⛶ button the map can be maximized to fullscreen display, use the ▢ button to return to page display.

Aufgrund mehrfacher Nachfragen von verunsicherten Patienten der Arztpraxis Wendt in Wolferode wird nochmals darauf hingewiesen, dass sich die Fieberambulanz nicht in den Räumen der Arztpraxis befindet, sondern in abgetrennten Räumlichkeiten. Die Patienten der Arztpraxis kommen zu keinem Zeitpunkt in Kontakt mit den Personen, die sich in der Fieberambulanz vorstellen.

Jeder Bürger oder jede Bürgerin aus dem Landkreis Mansfeld-Südharz, der/die hier vorstellig wird, wird zunächst durch einen Arzt untersucht, dieser entscheidet dann, ob ein Abstrich notwendig ist oder nicht.

Für alle Bürgerinnen und Bürger, die Fragen zur Fieberambulanz haben, steht eine entsprechende Hotline zur Verfügung. Unter der Telefonnummer 0 34 64 - 535 19 61 erhalten Anrufer Auskünfte zum Thema "Coronavirus" und können erfragen, ob sie in der Fieberambulanz vorstellig werden sollten.
